Due to the pandemic, the functioning of the Museum of the Portuguese Language respects the protocols recommended by the health authorities. Please read this text carefully before issuing your ticket.
As of 1/10/2022, pursuant to Municipal Decree nº 60.989/22 of the Municipality of São Paulo, it will be mandatory to present the Vaccine Passport, with proof of at least two doses, in access to the Portuguese Language Museum.
We are resuming group visits, following protocols to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort. More information here.
Tickets can be purchased in advance over the internet (via Sympla), with a scheduled day and time, or at the ticket office of the Museum of the Portuguese Language.
Before entering the Museum, every visitor will have their temperature measured with infrared thermometers. For everyone’s safety, people with fever will not be allowed to access the space.
USE OF MASKS
The use of marks is still mandatory for everyone, in all spaces of the Museum, including open areas and for taking selfies. The mask must be taken by the visitor. Our employees will also wear masks.
This service is not operating yet. For this reason, we ask that you do not come to the museum with backpacks or other large objects.
PREFER USING THE STAIRS
Elevators operate with reduced capacity. Use them to go up, but prefer using the stairs to go down between floors. If you need to use the elevators to go down, look for our team.
There is alcohol gel available for visitors at the Museum entrance. There is also running water and soap in the toilets. We recommend that everyone wash their hands before entering the museum and whenever they touch something.
